I had a question about a replacement shank for an old Yakima bike rack. The etrailer people told me what I needed. Then, they went above and beyond my expectations; when I had not received the part, I e-mailed them, and they wrote back that they had contacted Yakima, that there was a delay, and that the customer service rep who helped me would personally keep an eye out for my part. True to word, I was e-mailed when it came in to etrailer, and then when it was shipped. This is a great company! I highly recommend them.
This is the second time the people at etrailer.com have helped me salvage my ten-year-old bike rack by replacing broken or lost parts. The service is prompt, the follow-up is timely, and though I've not had any problems with either order, I am pretty confident they would respond well if I did.
