Excellent service. Yakima keys work well and ordering for your lock is easy. Would definitely purchase from this company again.
I needed to mount racks on my new topper. Though pricy, Yakima products are so well engineered it's worth it. Wish there was not such a long wait for back-ordered products, but that's not the fault of etrailer.com.
Etrailer.com service is great. I especially like the instructional videos.
The replacement keys worked as advertised, I can now lock and unlock my carrier.

The keys I received from etrailer work great as backup keys for my Yakima bike racks.
Needed this key after buying a used Yakima rack that was missing the keys. Fit perfectly, as it should.
Arrived fast and works on our Yakima cargo ski box.

These replacement keys work exactly as they should. No issues so far! The tutorial videos and information provided by etrailer.com were especially helpful.
The folks at etrailer were way more helpful and responsive than Yakima itself was. I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to use my (very expensive) Yakima roof carrier after breaking a key off in one of the locks, but etrailer was able to provide both the hardware and the support I needed way before Yakima ever responded. This business is how all consumer-focused companies should be run !
I bought two of these, they work great, good the bikes very solid and I'm confident using them over hundreds of miles. etrailer.com is my go-to for tracks and accessories
