Received the entirwly wrong package. Gor Yakima 8880626 and 8880140 instead of what I ordered. Usually a good experience here but this mixup screwed up my holiday week travle plans.
The Key is fine. What is great is the level of customer service at etrailer. I had lost my keys and my key that let's you remove the cylinder to extract in order to get key number. Staff walked me through the steps..sent me the control key ...walked me through those steps and then sent three copies of the new key which all work perfectly. Great company with whom to work.

A year in, this key is still working great.
I needed a replacement Yakima box key and after a Google search, your site came up. I looked over the site and ordered a replacement key. It was in my mailbox within 4 days.

It took more time getting to me then they said it would. When I got it, it didn't be fit into the lock. I ordered it specifically for my cars make and it doesn't work, so I wasted some time and money on this and now I have to take more time to get another key.
The correct key, at a reasonable price and delivered in just a few...all good!
