Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Yakima replacement SKS lock core. This lock core is going to let you replace a missing SKS, meaning Same Key System lock core, or add a new one to your Yakima carrier or accessory. SKS lock cores, as you probably know, allow all of your Yakima products to be keyed alike. And this one fits key number A139 as you see there on your screen.
And this does include this one lock core. And this lock core is directly from Yakima. So you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of your Yakima carrier or accessory. You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that. And again, this is going to fit key number A139.

Works as engineered. Was able to replace lock core with the right "matching" lock core to match all the locks on bike rack. One key does it all, rather than multiple keys.

After I placed my order, an actual human called me and left a voicemail to let me know that the shipment would be delayed a couple of days for the particular SKS lock core that I ordered. The customer support at etrailer is top notch. The prices are competitive and the shipping costs are less than other vendors selling these lock cores.
The SKS cores arrived and were the correct part number. My existing Yakima keys worked fine.

These locks make keying your Yakima products alike so easy. Just put in the master key, remove the old lock and put in the new; couldn't be simpler.

The locks were delivered promptly and in new condition. After installing my Jetstream cross bars I put in my matching locks with out any problems. Its nice to be able to use one key for my cargo rack and cargo box..

- Replacement Key for Yakima Lock Core with A139Since your Yakima lock core has A139 on the side of it the correct replacement is the part # A139-Y8772-A139. This would be all you'd need. If you ever needed additional cores though it would be part # Y8771-A139.
