These are great, mounting them on Yakima rack top carriers. One must remember, however, to get them cinched up tight around the rim and tire. Else-wise, they are useless.1585036

Not yet installed, but eTrailer's customer service is really astounding. They shipped my product very quickly, and arranged for a replacement when I realized I had ordered the wrong hitch. Terrific fit—I use it all the time with a bike rack. Never installed the full lighting adapter because of concerns about BMW computer not accepting the external wiring. Don’t know if this is really a problem or not.

I ordered replacement straps for a Yakima bike rack. It took a long time for the items to get back into stock (several months), but I was really happy with the communication and frequent updates from etrailer during the wait. We have Yakima cargo bars, a Skybox, and two of their fork-mount roof bike rack/trays. One of my wife's co-workers offered her a frame-mount bike rack for what seemed like a song, so we bought it sight unseen. Turned out to be an older "Lockjaw" rack that had seen better days, and was missing a number of bits. etrailer was the price leader for several of the parts we'll need to return the Lockjaw to usability, and, even with the new hardware, we'll be well under the price of anything new, or even lower-mileage copies of the Lockjaw.
