Trying to get a spare key for any lock can I prove difficult, but try a roof box! I noticed etrailer offered keys and low and behold, they have Yakima brand replacement keys. I called in, they confirmed availability, and shipped me two keys right away. They arrive and the ultimate test…so they work? Yes, perfectly!! Thanks etrailer
Got new key locks for my Yakima. Sent lock numbers and order. Was easy enough to take out old locks and replace. I have had the Yakima storage unit for my car for many years. Installing new locks and key gave me a usable product again
One year later and everything is still great. Keys work like a charm.

Even though supply chain issues delayed the delivery of my order, etrailer kept me informed and aware of the progress and status of the order. Everything was complete and correct when my order was delivered. Great service.
The keys fit, but more importantly, it arrived on time to save the vacation. It's really my own fault, waiting so long to order the key. I tried to transfer my own (future) guilt onto Vince at etrailer by telling him if they didn't arrive in time, our time in the ADK would be ruined if I had to worry about someone stealing our 4 bikes off the truck. He calmly said, 'it would go out today.' I believed him and he was right. It was in my hands 2 days before leaving. Thanks Vince.
