Today we're going to be taking a look at the replacement screen frame with a built-in screen from Ventline Ventadome 110-volt roof vents. This replaces a broken screen frame and screen on your Ventline Ventadome RV roof vent for motor homes and enclosed trailers. This screen is built into the screen frame. This will work with roof vent model V2128. It's polar white in color and it's made in the U.S.A. What I want to do real quick is just show you how it would install.
As you can see here, I have a 2128 vent model and in order to replace the screen what you need to do is we need to remove the knob. there's going to be a Phillips-head screwdriver that's holding that in place. You want to loosen that up and go ahead and take that out of the way and we will be re-installing that. Then you also want to remove that handle. Now, that hand knob can be a little bit tight to get out. Fortunately ours today came right out.
There's going to be tabs, one right here, press in on. One right here that you press in on. Take the old screen, set it to the side. Take your new one. Pay attention to the orientation of the holes.
You want to make sure those are lining up in the correct locations. We want to make sure our tabs engage. Make sure that our holes are lined up. Then simply place back on the handle, thread back in the screw, and that's all there is to the replacement. Really nice, easy replacement design.

Screen is built in to screen frame.I purchased two different styles of screens for my 2010 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel trailer I just purchased used. Although I knew they were both Ventline I had no idea what models the fans were. When they arrived, I just removed four screws, pulled down the insert, and the screens fit onto the insert and fit back into the ceiling nice and snug. I have a manual crank knob to open the vent in the bedroom and a motorized crank in the living area. I bought this model for the bedroom and model BVA0444-42 for the living area and both screens fit like a glove.
