Dimension of Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vents BVA0444-42, BVA0444-32, BVC0573-31, & BVC0573-41

Question:

I have done a bit more research on these Ventline roof vents. I discovered that the reason that the BVA0444-42 and BVA0444-32 have TWO holes in the screen is because those are for the vents with the fan feature_ one hole probably for the crank, the other is for the on/off switch. Mine does NOT have a fan in it my screen just has that one hole in it; but like stated, it is EXACTLY like those otherwise. I'm nearing ordering it. but at same time would LIKE to actually find a replacement that is most exact without having to plug that extra hole; I have seen some that look almost alike but are more of a "rounded" appearance. Do you carry a replacement Ventline type fan screen that is that EXACT same dimension 13-10/16W x 13-1/2L x 1-1/4D and has a single hole that is 3-1/4" from edge of screen and 6-14/16 centered from side to side? My screen is held in place by the barb type hooks that you just slightly bend plastic and get to clip in to those double square holes on either side of the plastic screen framing -Not screwed in. I will try attaching a picture of the screen. -- Oh this would be so much easier IF I just had a model # for this vent; but being as it is probably the original from 2003.

Good news! I was able to go out to our warehouse and measure the replacement screens for you.

The Ventline Polar White # BVA0444-42 and the Birch # BVA0444-32 replacement screens are both fits for the V2128 vent. Which it sounds like you have, based on the measurements you provided me. I was able to measure the screens to exactly your approximate sizes, 1-1/4 inches wide x 13-10/16 long x 13-10/16 wide. I also measured the width of just the screen and got 11-1/2 inches. Based on this either replacement screen will fit great on your RV trailer ceiling vent, you will just have to decide which color you prefer.

I have linked both parts to this page for your convenience.

The picture that you included was a huge help, in determining which screen cover you will need. Based on the image and your measurements the replacement screen you will want to get is the # BVC0573-41 for polar white or the # BVC0573-31 for birch white. I was able to go out to the warehouse and measure the screen to your exact measurements. I've included a few photos for you to see. The only difference is the wider amount of plastic surrounding the hole, this is an older model that is getting harder and harder to come by, and many people will end up just drilling a hole where they need it, but since your measurements are exactly like this you will not have to do any drilling. I've linked the replacement screens listed above to this page for your convenience.
