This part is designed for use with the Titan heavy truck tire chains. It has this threaded keeper here that screws shut, there's no tools required.It is a low carbon steel construction, it's very strong and durable. It has a nice zinc finish to resist corrosion. Now the link thickness on this is a half an inch, or 13 mm.
Weight capacity is 3,300 pounds. Overall length, if we put a ruler on it edge to edge, is right at four and one eighths inches. Durable, low-carbon steel chain link is 13-mm thick.I needed some large quick links to hang my safety chains on my trailer hitch. I had to either get some large quick links or change the hooks on my safety chains. The easiest fix was to get some quick links. These quick links are just what I needed.
