Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the Titan Chain Threaded Quick Link. This is going to your replacement for a broken side chain link on your tire chain. This is designed to be used with Titan Chain Lite Truck Tire Chains. It's made of a durable, low carbon steel, that's five millimeters thick, or a quarter of an inch. About a quarter of an inch. You also want to keep in mind with this, that it is designed to only be used with chains or hooks constructed of low carbon steel, as well.
As far as the other dimensions for this, overall it's going to be two inches long, and then the inner diameter, or the inner link I should say, from the inside edge to inside edge, that's going to be one and five-eighths. That's the usable space between there. Going from the inner edge to the inner edge. Width wise, same thing, inner edge to inner edge, that is going to be an eighth of an inch, or excuse me, that's going to be three-eights of an inch.If we open it up here, just threads open really easily, no tools required with this. Of course, you can use a small wrench to tighten it down, but you can just do that by hand.
That opening is going to be one-eighth of an inch. The diameter on the threaded end is going to be 3/16. This quick link does have a max weight capacity of 610 pounds. That's going to do it for our look at the Titan Chain Threaded Quick Link.

This threaded quick link makes it simple to replace a broken side chain link on your tire chain. Durable, low-carbon steel link is 5-mm thick.Perfect for my Peerless QG1850 snowchains I needed to add a link to just get the chains on without any trouble. These served me well so I ordered more for any possible repairs I might have to make. If a cross chain breaks this would make a quick and long lasting repair.
The chains were a 100% perfect fit!! No alterations. Took approximately 30 minutes to put them on.. The "T" handle for the Cam Locks was excellent.
The spare pieces anticipated for alterations were not necessary.
Was exactly what I needed, good price, helpful page, with good photo.
