Jake: Hey guys, it's Jake here at etrailer. Today we are going to be taking a look at this replacement link for our Titan V-bar chains. This replacement link is going to help to keep your chains in working condition when you either have a broken link, or you just need a replacement. The replacement linkage is going to have the same design and same length as your factory linkage. Let's go ahead and put it together.So, it's really easy to get in place. As soon as you get your old chain link removed, just take your link on the outside.

You want to make sure you count, so we count three links here and three links here, so it's in the middle. Do that from both sides. And now we can crimp these down, so that they stay in place. So here we have our Titan chain pliers. This is going to help us to be able to easily crimp down on these chains to replace the linkage.

You can use a standard set of pliers, you just want to be careful not to pinch or damage the new chain. We'll just pinch down on it. You can see as we pinched down, it's going to close up those links to be able to hold the chain on there. And we'll go ahead and repeat that process for the other side.
