Do the replacment trays fit a 4 inch fat Tire bike I have the swagman hitch with inch and 1/4 bars

Replacement Wheel Tray - Swagman Quad 2+2 2-Bike and 4-Bike Carrier - Outer Left/Inner Right # SQ1010 and Inner Left/Outer Right # SQ1011 both fit square tubing that has dimensions of 60mm by 60mm, or 2.36" by 2.36".

Since you mentioned your bike rack has 1-1/4" bars, you may have better luck with Fat Tire Adapter Kit for Swagman G10 and E-Spec Bike Racks # S64679. These wheel holders are made to fit the Swagman G10 or E-spec platform bike racks which have tubing dimensions of 1-1/4" by 1-1/4". They can hold bike tires up to 5" wide so they would work well for your 4" wide tires. The part number you gave me did not pull up anything since it is not a valid part number, but these wheel cradles are the closest thing I could find based on the information you provided.
