This replacement kit includes 2 rubber pads - 1 for each of the grip arms.No interior dimensions were given in ad,therefore; the inside diameter of the tubes was too small for our hooks on our swagman rack.Please advise on return process with refund. Very disappointed and also not as flexible as the ones that came with rack, so even then would be hard to slide onto hooks.
I bought these pads for a Sportrack bike carrier. I was not able to find the correct pads as the bike rack is obsolete. They were a little difficult to get on but they fit and work well. Thanks to etrailer for using the postal service for a delivery option. UPS or FedEx can be expensive for international shipments and who likes to pay more for shipping than the item is worth. I will definitely look to etrailer for future purchases.
Did not fit the product like the originals pads and we were unable to apply the new rubber pads to the rack.
I would not recommend.

Thank you for your review. These pads fit specific bike racks. They do fit quite tight so using soapy water and twisting would be easier to get them on.
The ordering process was very easy and user friendly. The parts were delivered in a very timely manner and were exactly what I ordered based on information from the manufacturer. However, that information was wrong and I was unable to use the parts for the purpose I had intended. No matter, I did have another use for them anyway and therefore did not bother to return them. Based on the customer service, I would gladly order from etrailer.com again.

I am sorry or any misunderstanding. I have gotten it added to our site that the inside diameter is 0.375 inches. However, these rubber pads are designed specifically for the Swagman XC and XTC Series carriers.
