Its been working great. I have heavy ebikes and I actually bought these to double up on the top or rack for safety and extra strenght.

I ordered the top plate and the two securing nuts. I had removed them and laid them on the truck’s bumper while I remived my bike from the rack. I forgot to reinstall them and lost them! I was afraid that I needed to purchase a new bike rack. Happily, I found etrailer and was able to easily order the parts. As it was Christmastime I didn’t expect to receive the parts so quickly but I got them in 8 days. The website was easy to use and I received email updates and a tracking number. Thanks!455896
