Super quick shipping & excellent customer service! My husband left the top of our bike rack on the back bumper of the cameper & took off; losing it somewhere along the way. I was so grateful I could just order the piece we needed without having to purchase a whole new one! The company had followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely order from etrailer again!

Part did not fit my bike rack as expected. I have since discarded both the part and retired that bike rack.

We do have a replacement top plate, bolts, and knobs for the Swagman Original bike rack, # S64400. You will need replacement plate # P113. It comes with the plate itself, bolts, and knobs. Current pricing is available on the product page. Nuts are not available. All you would need to do is remove all of the old parts from the damaged top plate and put the new plate and parts in their place.
