I have always received good customer service from E-Trailer and I plan to continue with them
It was easy to find exactly what I needed, replacement brackets for my RV bike rack. The website it easy to navigate with good reviews of the products. I have been happy with everything I have purchased from this site. And the replacement brackets are the exact same ones and easily changed out for the damaged one I had.
Bike rack works great on our RV ladder. Have used it often. Last order was back ordered and Scott kept me well informed about the manufacturer's status. etrailer has always done well for me!
