  From the pictures you sent in it looks like you have an older version of the SportRack Ridge Swing 4 Bike Rack # SR2415. I do have some replacement parts that could work, but unfortunately there aren't any specific replacement pieces. What I'm thinking will work is using the SportRack Cradles # 05002100000 and # 05002900000 with the strap # 05002200000 to secure your bikes to the bike rack. These fit 1" diameter tubing so you'll need to measure the diameter of the arms on your bike rack....

  I went out and measured some of the other replacement straps from other manufacturers and the closest one that we have to the measurements you listed would be the Replacement Sportrack Strap # 05002200000.
