Replacement Parts Needed for Older Swing Away Bike Rack
Question:
Good evening- I’m possibly inquiring an older Thule swing away rack that needs some new straps as well as a new cable lock. I’m unable to tell the exact model number of the rack but would like to confirm these parts are replaceable and that you offer them. Can you identify the rack model? Is this all possible? Thanks,

From the pictures you sent in it looks like you have an older version of the SportRack Ridge Swing 4 Bike Rack # SR2415.
I do have some replacement parts that could work, but unfortunately there aren't any specific replacement pieces. What I'm thinking will work is using the SportRack Cradles # 05002100000 and # 05002900000 with the strap # 05002200000 to secure your bikes to the bike rack. These fit 1" diameter tubing so you'll need to measure the diameter of the arms on your bike rack. If your arms are right at 1" you'll probably need to rub some soap on the arms so that you're able to slide the cradles on.
When it comes to locking the bikes to the rack you'll need to use a standard cable lock like the part # e98891 because there simply isn't a direct replacement.
