Today we're going to be reviewing part number RM-910650. This is the RoadMaster EZ Hook Replacement 64" Safety Cable. This cable is designed as a replacement cable for your tow bar system. It is designed to work with the RoadMaster EZ Hook models, which is what this end here would connect into. Has a nice little ball on it. You would slide that into your anchor point. Then it will adjust as necessary. This end is designed to work with the RoadMaster EZ Hook models.
The other end is going to be your hook that's going to have that safety catch on it. That is spring loaded, so it's going to snap back into place. This is going to ensure that is doesn't disconnect from your tow hook. The cable itself is made from an aircraft-type galvanized steel construction. It's going to offer maximum strength and durability. The cable has a vinyl coating that goes around the cable.
It's going to prevent damage to your tow bar system. It's also going to ensure that the cable stays intact and that the cable itself is protected, as well, with that blue vinyl coating that goes around the cable. The entire cable length from end-to-end is going to measure 64". Again, that is the cable length, not including the hook. It's going to have a capacity of 6,000 pounds. This part number is going to contain cable. That's going to do it for our review of part number RM-910650.

Strong sturdy product
The only thing we thought when ordering the blackhawk hitch you would have said that the safety cable would have been included. So we had to order the cable and pay the shipping on it. The sales person should of told us at the time we ordered the hitch. This is the second roadmaster hitch we have ordered. Excellent service and hitch.
Can't say much about the product as it is a standard RoadMaster part, albeit hard to find. I'm impressed with etrailer.com firstly because they had the the part; secondly they shipped exactly what I ordered, and thirdly because it arrived exactly on time. I'm particularly impressed with the package tracking page showing shipping progress on a map of the U.S. Nice touch!
Work great, easy to connect. I have seen people struggling Blue Ox in uneven terrain but my Roadmaster works no matter the angle on height. Never a struggle
Cables replace the coiled type that were always getting tangled up with the towed lighting cable and the towed break away cable. These should be much manageable and the price was right. Arrived on time.
Love these! When I had my Sterling Roadmaster hitch installed, these are the cables provided. They’re easy to hook up, and easy to unhook. I just ordered 2 more. One to replace a cable I had to splice back together for a temporary fix because I screwed up and turned the RV too tight with my Jeep hooked up. And one as a backup in case of any future screwups.
Product is exactly as described; it is priced as low as I've seen; it was delivered in just a few days. I am quite pleased with etrailer. This is not my first order and won't be my last.

Love shopping at e-trailer. Always have the hard to find parts. The parts that are suppose to hold up forever until operator error and the part goes bad. I always turn to e-trailer!
Need to strengthen the snap on the hook. Just replaced the second cable because the cable hook has opened and allowed the cable to come lose and drag on the ground, which renders the cable useless.

We do have a longer version of the Roadmaster EZ hook safety cables with part # RM-655-76 which are 76 inches long.
