Today we're going to take a quick look at the Rhino-Rack Artificial Rain Gutters. Now this is going to come with a quantity of two, one for either side. This is going to be a great kit for those applications where a traditional roof rack just won't fit on it's own. Things like maybe a Jeep with a hard top, or a truck that has a camper shell on the back, something along those lines. Now if you need an additional set, or four clamps in total, you can just pick up an extra part number of this to give you that complete kit. We'll get two brackets, again one for either side.
This is the mounting plate that our rain gutter feet will actually fit in to, then we'll also have our backing plate, and some adhesive to get everything in place. We'll get six bolts, washers, and lock nuts. Along with some instructions to help get everything installed properly.Now there is drilling required with this application, so keep that in mind, you will have to drill into your vehicle to get these installed. As far as the dimensions on our brackets, it's about 6-1/2" long, by about 1-1/2" wide. That's going from this edge down to this edge, so it'd be 1-1/2" tall.
And then the depth of it going from where it's going to actually lay flat against your vehicle out, it's just about 7/8" of an inch deep. The other portion of our bracket is about 7-1/8" long, by about 1-5/8" wide, and that's going to be about 1/16" deep. The distance between our mounting holes, the furthest ones are going to be about 5" center to center, each one is going to be about 2-1/2" center to center. And that'll be the same for our other bracket as well, about 2-1/2" between those mounting holes. The adhesive is about 8-3/4" long, by about 2-1/4" wide.This does come with a limited lifetime warranty from Rhino-Rack.
