Replacement Hook-and-Loop Straps for Reese Q-Slot Bike Carrier - Qty 4

Well packaged by etrailer (see photo).
It took me around 90 minutes to install this (instead of 40 minutes as per manual), and this was on a mazda 6. And 30 minutes of that was to undo a mistake of using the wrong hole for the fish wire on one side. Please pay attention to the diagram, the same access hole has to be used for fish wiring both the bolts on each side.
The second most challenging part was raising the hitch to the right height. Luckily I had some wood shelves lying around that I was able to use in combination with the cardboard shipping box. I also had to make a trip to harbor frieight tools to buy a $24 torque wrench, but alas I could not figure out how to get the bolts torqued to spec, I wasn't too worried about that as I am only using this for an occasional bike rack.

These are merely Velcro straps and they work as expected.
