This Exceeded our expectations; we didn't know that this would have such an impact on how much air was moved by this vent fan. I was in, then out of the "Doghouse" for the cost of this (the wife did her own research after I had) and then the wait; the unit this replaced was leaking water as it rained outside. Within a week of ordering this it was delivered, and the following day I got it installed. Installation directions were very simple to understand/follow; the hard part was removing the old vent fan and caulk. Another "Bonus" was how quite this is compared to the original.1459622

After many months of fretting over cutting into the roof of my new van, and waiting for the rainy season to end, I found the installation very easy, and the operation is great. We're currently on a road trip, and the MaxxAir has made camping much more comfortable, and it even improves air circulation while driving with the vent open. it's very quiet at low speed and no leaks in even the heaviest rain.1381112

Initially I was real apprehensive about getting this fan installed on my 16’ Casita. Not because I didn’t want the fan, believe me I did. The specifications alone were impressive, but the ability to run it like a ceiling fan, with the vent closed was hands down the most impressive feature. Something my little Dachshund Cinnamon would surely attest to. The front mounted ac unit in the 16’ Casita benifits greatly from this fan, it circulates the air better, cools things quicker and, helps maintain the temperature better. There is little information about putting this on a Casita, much less a 16’ one, but I’m happy with my decision to do so. This fan is awesome, and Etrailer was very helpful with information on my purchase. Another note was that I’m happy Terry my installer did this project, the factory installed Fan was riveted in from the top, and removing it wouldn’t have been a typical by the book procedure. Thanks George J. I’m one happy camper, and that’s without mentioning the remote control, air flow on low settings, great price, fast delivery, or quietness of the product.

First I ordered the wrong part(my error) and Ms Ana S not only got my order straightened out, but also set me up with the correct part that was on back order needed to repair an older MaxxAir fan. At the same time I had decided to order another MaxxAir fan to install in another room of our rv. This MaxxAir fan is every bit as nice as the first one we have. The part that broke eventually came in ahead of schedule and I received it, thanks to excellent customer support from Ana the part was exactly what I needed and my fan has performed perfectly ever since. My wife and I have simply been amazed of the service we have received from Etrailer and especially Ana. I would not hesitate to use the services provided by Etrailer in the future. Excellent fan. Fast shipping from etrailer. I ordered this to replace the same manufacturer’s 6” round fan on a pickup truck cap camper build (required cutting a larger hole). This one is extremely quiet and moves air very well. I was hesitant to cut such a large hole in my Leer 180 fiberglass cap but so far so good. My mounting surface is around 3/4” thick (less than the recommended min 1 1/8”) but was able to mount without issue. Just had to purchase 3/4” SS screws to avoid going completely through both fiberglass layers. Based on other reviews, I used a silicone conformal spray to protect the circuit board from moisture prior to installing1660330

I love it! My RV did not have a powered vent except in the head and the MaxxFan really helps improve the ventilation in the RV.1761057

Decided to try the delux fan on my current lance camper. I installed a Maxxfan plus on the last camper, but wanted one with an integrated vent cover instead of needing an extra piece. The lower roof profile is a big plus for me with this fan. Very easy install just like other Maxxfan units. The fan is quiet and pulls a lot of air.1450308

Great fan, but now wish I had sprung for one that reverses as well. It's quiet, and I modified the inside bezel with LED lights so easy to incorporate. I installed it to the side of the camper because the camper had a ridge running down the middle and I didnt want to deal with shims and blocks. Works great!1643090
