Hi there, heavy haulers. Today, we're going to be taking a look at InfiniteRule's replacement dust cover.You've got your nice InfiniteRule locking pin here, but you've lost your dust cap. And how is that going to affect youWell, this is a stainless steel lock, so moisture and corrosion isn't really one of our major concerns with it. But if you do get dirt, debris, and things like that inside the locking mechanism here, when you go to put your key in, it could cause like a binding. The little pebble could get into it, where it's in the way, and you've got to get in and out to get it out of there. You could clean it out and things like that, but why don't we stop it at the sourceNow, it does come with a dust boot from the factory, but our customer here looks like they lost theirs, but we do have replacements available here at etrailer.com, because we don't want to be cleaning this out and having to fidget with it.
We just want it to work when we're ready to use it. So by ensuring that we've got our dust cover in place, we can ensure that no dirt and debris, as well as moisture stays out of there so we have smooth operation of our lock.This is an inexpensive solution to protect your investment of both your hitch lock and your components that you are staying secured to your receiver. It's definitely worth the investment when you look at how expensive all these components are.And if we look at some other locks that people have, this one here rusted out and they didn't have their dust boot on it and the key wouldn't work anymore. This 7/8" cap replaces the tethered lock cap on your non-tapered InfiniteRule trailer hitch lock or locking pin.I have a Factor55 locking hitch pin and I lost the dust cap while doing a snow recovery on another vehicle. I tried to reach out to Factor55 (Warn) for a replacement and they informed me they do not have replacement dust caps, which is ridiculous.
Fortunately I found etrailer. This replacement fits my Factor55 pin perfectly. And they actually have great customer service, unlike Warn.

Bought these to cover the lock cylinders on my leer topper. So far so good.
Everything arrived as per description. It took a few days extra because of custom issues at the border but when it cleared customs it arrived a couple of days later. Solid dust locks are thicker and better than oem.
These fit my trimax lock perfectly and are better than the original one. Tmc10 is the model number of the lock.
This cap keeps the all dust and debris away from the key slot. It has been in use for a year now and continues to fit snuggly on the lock.

Product was just what I needed and shipping was much faster than expected! Lost a couple rubber caps in a car wash, and I pull new horse trailers and enclosed trailers to dealers and customers so the locking pins are necessary on my B&W Tow and Stow. I ordered an extra when I ordered the pins in case I lose one. It appears to be identical quality to the original and they do their job well.
Tend to come off in car automatic wash but otherwise works
