Video Transcript for Review of Firestone Lift Spacers Ride-Rite Air Helper Spring 1-1/4 Inch Lift - F2536

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a real quick look at these Lift Spacers for your Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs. These spacers are going to allow your air springs to be installed on vehicles with a one and a quarter inch lift, and from six and a half inches to seven and a half inches between your upper and lower brackets. And this spacer must be the same size as your lift kit rise. Now, these spacers attach between the bottom of the lower bracket, and the bottom of the spring on vehicles, again, with that one and a quarter inch lift. And these are going to fit Ride-Rite model F2286, if manufactured after February 1st of 2006.

However, these will not fit Ride-Rite models F2350, or F2286. Now, this includes everything that you see here on the table before me. You're going to get these two lift spacers, the necessary bolts. And then a sheet with a diagram here, giving you an overview of the installation process. That's gonna conclude our brief look today.

I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

These spacers worked great on my 2008 Toyota Tundra. I needed them after adding a lift on the rear of my truck.

by:

Worked as described I had an add a leaf on my tundra that gave me about 1.5-1.75" lift. Bolted right up, only reason it's not 5 stars is there was one bolt missing.

by:

Exactly what I ordered. Thanks etrailer!

by:

Works well. I have 1.5" spacer blocks for my leaf springs. This allowed me to use the Firestone Air Bags.

Still love it, works great, no issues. Definitely makes a difference with heavy loads, ride is much smoother.

by:

Perfect fit for my 2006 Toyota Tundra 4x4 with a 6” lift. My truck has add-a-leaf load helpers in the rear so the spacers were needed for firestone airbags. Good product, easy installation.

  • Will the Air Bag Lift Spacers Raise a 2018 Ram 3500
I would love to help but we do not offer any lift or leveling kits for your 2018 Ram 3500. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57595 will not raise the rear of your truck, even with a spacer installed like the Air Lift Spring Spacer part # AL52420 or the Firestone Lift Spacer part # F2536. These spacers are simply designed to take up the gap you will have with the above kit when installed on a vehicle that has already been lifted. If you do lift your vehicle using...

  • Lift Spacers for a Firestone Ride-Rite 2245 Air Helper Spring System on a 2000 Toyota Tundra
The 2245 is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2245. Since that is a Firestone Ride-Rite system, you would want the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2536 which are 1-1/4" spacers. The 1-1/4" spacers are the smallest spacers available for the Ride-Rite systems.

  • Can I Install Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs On 2019 Toyota Tundra With Fox 2.5 Shocks
Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2445 will work fine with the Fox 2.5 Shocks installed on the 2019 Toyota Tundra Pro as confirmed by Firestone. However, if the Fox springs are installed to increase the vehicle height you may need a spacer to install the air bags. You would need to measure from the frame of your truck and the axle to know which spacer is needed. Bracket Spacing (in.) 6.5 to 7.5-inches use spacer # F2536 7.5 to 8.5-inches use spacer # F2366 8.5 to...

There shouldn't be any compatibility issues between the super springs and the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2430 on your 2009 GMC Sierra 1500. The Air Helper Springs attach at the bottom of the leaf spring and the axle and don't affect the mounting position of the superstrings. We have multiple options for spacers with the Air Helper Springs depending on your adjusted ride height. 1-1/4" Spacers item # F2536 2" Spacers item # F2366 3" Spacers item # F2367 I recommend...

  • Will Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Work on 2014 GMC Sierra 2500 With 1 Spacer Block
Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2709 will work on your 2014 GMC Sierra 2500 that has a 1" spacer block. A lift spacer is likely not going to be needed for a 1" lift; however, if you do the install and find there is a bit too much space you can then order the 1-1/4" Lift Spacers # F2536 so long as the distance between the upper and lower brackets is between 6-1/2" and 7-1/2".

  • What Size Spacer Do I Need for a Firestone Air Bag System on a Lifted Chevy Silverado?
I would be happy to help you but there are so many different lift options its going to require you to take some measurements of your Chevy Silverado 2500's suspension. Most lift kits don't lift the same amount in the front as they do the back, so a 3-1/2" lift may only have 1"-1-1/2" of lift in the rear. The most accurate way to tell what spacer is needed is to measure. I attached a photo that shows where to measure, and the size of lift spacer needed. You'll want to make sure that your...

  • Are Lift Spacers Needed For Air Bags with a 1 Inch Lift Kit on a 2018 Ram 3500
If you are only installing a 1" lift on your 2018 Ram 3500, you most likely will not need to use a lift spacer at all with the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57595. In order to confirm this, you will need to measure the distance between the two air bag brackets once installed and then subtract the height of the air bag which is 7". • Recommended Suspension Enhancement for 2022 Ram 2500 Power Wagon With 2 Lift
For your 2022 Ram 2500 Power Wagon with a 2" lift I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2598. Air bags are the best option for additional support, especially with your lift. These offer 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity and can be adjusted depending on what you're towing or hauling. The pressure can also be reduced to the minimum when you aren't towing or hauling so they won't impact your ride. Keep in mind, no suspension enhancement will increase the payload and...

  • Determining The Correct Spacers For Firestone Ride-Rite Springs On A 2018 Ford F-250 With 4" Lift
Adding in lift spacers is totally normal when a vehicle has a suspension lift so you'll just need to determine which spacer is going to be the best to fill in the gap left by the lift. A 4" lift doesn't always mean that you'll have a 4" gap so you'll need to first install the upper and lower brackets and then measure the distance between them. You can then look at the chart (pictured below) and pick the correct spacer kit for the gap. 1-1/4" # F2536 2" # F2366 3" # F2367 4" # F2370...

  • Recommended Suspension Enhancement for a Lifted 2011 Toyota Tundra
This will depend on how your 2011 Toyota Tundra was lifted. If it was a body/frame lift, then the SumoSprings # SSR-610-54 will work. This style of lift does not affect the suspension and basically keeps it stock, for the lack of a better word. However, if it was a suspension lift that was done, then they will not fit. This style of lift creates too much of a gap for the # SSR-610-54 to supply any kind of support. That being said, you are not completely out of luck with a suspension lifted...

If you only have 5 psi in the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2582 and the back end of our 2018 Ford F-150 is higher than the front, spacers would just increase that difference. Trucks aren't always level from the factory - that's why the instructions for the air bags have you measure and record the front and back heights individually and then compare them to what you get with the air bags installed. With that being said, if you think you might need a spacer there is a fairly...
