Video Transcript for Review of Firestone Lift Spacers For Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - F2367

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at these lift spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite air helper springs. Now these spacers are going to allow air springs to be installed on vehicles with a three-inch lift and the distance between the upper and lower brackets must be between 8 1/2 inches and 9 1/2 inches. And the spacer must be the same size as the lift kit rise. Now these will fit Ride-Rite model F2286 if manufactured after February 1st, 2006. However, I do wanna point out that these will not fit the Ride-Rite models F2350 or F2286. Now this does include everything that you see here on the table before me.

You're going to get two lift spacers and all of the hardware necessary to install these spacers and they're going to fit on your leaf-mounted air springs along with a set of instructions to walk you through the step-by-step process. Well, that's gonna conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

  • Do I Need Spacers to Install a Air Bag Kit on a 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 w/ a 5" lift?
You will definitely need a couple of spacers to add the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs item # AL57538. Most if not all 5" lifts on Chevy trucks are not 5" in the rear because of the rake Silverado's come with from the factory. You most likely need a 3" spacer like item # F2367. The easiest way to tell what size spacer you need is to measure your lifting block. Here are the options for 2" and 4" spacers if your lift is not 3" in the rear. 2" Spacer item # AL52420 4" Spacer...

  • Can I Install Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs On 2019 Toyota Tundra With Fox 2.5 Shocks
Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2445 will work fine with the Fox 2.5 Shocks installed on the 2019 Toyota Tundra Pro as confirmed by Firestone. However, if the Fox springs are installed to increase the vehicle height you may need a spacer to install the air bags. You would need to measure from the frame of your truck and the axle to know which spacer is needed. Bracket Spacing (in.) 6.5 to 7.5-inches use spacer # F2536 7.5 to 8.5-inches use spacer # F2366 8.5 to...

  • Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 with 3 inch Lift
For your 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 with a 3 inch lift you'd want to first start with the kit part # F2613 which is a confirmed fit and offers the highest quality air bags. And then to take up the extra space created by the lift you'll need spacers so that the bags engage with the vehicle suspension properly. For that you'd want the # F2367 since the lift is 3 inches and you'd be set.

There shouldn't be any compatibility issues between the super springs and the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2430 on your 2009 GMC Sierra 1500. The Air Helper Springs attach at the bottom of the leaf spring and the axle and don't affect the mounting position of the superstrings. • What Size Spacer Do I Need for a Firestone Air Bag System on a Lifted Chevy Silverado?
I would be happy to help you but there are so many different lift options its going to require you to take some measurements of your Chevy Silverado 2500's suspension. Most lift kits don't lift the same amount in the front as they do the back, so a 3-1/2" lift may only have 1"-1-1/2" of lift in the rear. The most accurate way to tell what spacer is needed is to measure. I attached a photo that shows where to measure, and the size of lift spacer needed. You'll want to make sure that your...

I do have a list of spacers that you can choose from so you can continue to use the Firestone Ride-Rite air bags on your 2016 Dodge Ram 2500. All you need to do is measure where your current brackets mount and then add 1-1/4" since that's what it sounds like you will be adding to the back of your pickup: 6-1/2" - 7-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2536 7-1/2" - 8-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2366 8-1/2" - 9-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2367 9-1/2" - 10-1/2" - Lift Spacer # F2370 11-1/2" - 12-1/2" - Lift Spacer...

Yes, you might need spacers for your 2014 Toyota Tundra with a 4" lift. It will depend on the distance between the upper and lower brackets on your 2014 Toyota Tundra. My preferred air bag system is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle, part # F2445. The next thing you need to do is determine which lift spacers you need to pair with the air bags. You will have a couple of options with the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs. • Determining The Correct Spacers For Firestone Ride-Rite Springs On A 2018 Ford F-250 With 4" Lift
Adding in lift spacers is totally normal when a vehicle has a suspension lift so you'll just need to determine which spacer is going to be the best to fill in the gap left by the lift. A 4" lift doesn't always mean that you'll have a 4" gap so you'll need to first install the upper and lower brackets and then measure the distance between them. You can then look at the chart (pictured below) and pick the correct spacer kit for the gap. 1-1/4" # F2536 2" # F2366 3" # F2367 4" # F2370...

There is an air bag kit that will work with your truck but since you have Magna Ride the Air Lift item # AL89204 will not. None of the Air Lift kits are compatible, so I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2430. These air springs have a comparable 4,800 lbs load leveling capacity. To compensate for your 6" lift you will need a spacer and to find out which one you will have to take a measurement. You'll want to make sure that your Sierra is level with all the wheels...

  • Recommended Suspension Enhancement for a Lifted 2011 Toyota Tundra
This will depend on how your 2011 Toyota Tundra was lifted. If it was a body/frame lift, then the SumoSprings # SSR-610-54 will work. This style of lift does not affect the suspension and basically keeps it stock, for the lack of a better word. However, if it was a suspension lift that was done, then they will not fit. This style of lift creates too much of a gap for the # SSR-610-54 to supply any kind of support. That being said, you are not completely out of luck with a suspension lifted...

If you only have 5 psi in the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2582 and the back end of our 2018 Ford F-150 is higher than the front, spacers would just increase that difference. Trucks aren't always level from the factory - that's why the instructions for the air bags have you measure and record the front and back heights individually and then compare them to what you get with the air bags installed. With that being said, if you think you might need a spacer there is a fairly...

You will just need to pick up the Firestone 3" lift spacers # F2367 which are designed for springs that mount to the leaf spring stack like the kit you are needing. When the # SSR-610-40 is installed, it will measure 6.25" tall. Typically there will be a gap that is anywhere from .25" to 1" from the top of the spring to the bottom of the frame where it will make contact. • Will Installation of Firestone Air Bags on 2022 Ford F-150 With Tremor Package Require Spacers
Since you have a 3" lift block on your 2022 Ford F-150 with the Tremor package you will need to use spacers. However, you will want a spacer that matches your lift block so the included spacer is not enough. More than likely you need the 3" lift spacers # F2367. This spacer is for vehicles with 3" lift and from 8.5" to 9.5" between upper and lower brackets. I recommend measuring to be sure. If you find that the distance is 7.5" to 8.5" then you will want the 2" spacer # F2366 instead.

If the kit lifts the rear of your truck by 3 inches, then you would want a 3 inch spacer, # F2367. I'm not sure if I found the same kit you are purchasing or not, but in my research I found some BDS 6 inch kits that use a 4 inch lift for the rear. If the kit lifts the rear of the truck by 4 inches, then you would want a 4 inch spacer, # F2370.
