Recommended Airbag Kit for a Lifted 2011 Toyota Tundra

Question:

In the market for the Firestone Ride-rite Kit F2445. 3x1 Level kit was installed to my 2011 Toyota Tundra Crewmax . Will be towing a Travel Triailer that weighs 7200 lbs loaded. Planned of adding a firestone airbag to avoid the sag. Is this feasible or compatible to be installed with the 1 inch block level kit or does it need to be removed? or do I have to install another spacer from firestone? Thank you.

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2445 are an excellent option for your 2011 Toyota Tundra. The Firestone airbags will do a good job of both helping to distribute the added weight of the trailer on your vehicle's suspension but they will also work to improve ride quality while towing.

The 1" lift you have on your vehicle will still work with the above kit but may require an additional spacer to be used depending on the type of lift that was installed. If the lift entails a body spacer that is placed between the cab mounts and frame then an additional spacer will not be needed. However, if vehicle's suspension has been lifted in which the distance between the frame and rear axle has been changed then you will need to compensate for the lift using part # F2536.

You may also want to consider using a compressor kit like the Firestone Air Command I part # F2158 as this will allow you to inflate the airbags while sitting in the vehicle. I have attached an install video of the above airbags on a similar 2013 Toyota Tundra for you as well.
