They shipped it out in a paper envelope and one out of 8 items didn't make it. It must have been punctured the paper and fell out. I notified them and they sent a new one out right away. Now my redundant or backup set is complete. Thanks again.
The parts are all 5 [stars] but the ups delivery was next to the road I live on. 500 feet from my home. Anyone could have stolen them.

I ordered a backup replacement set of parts for our Equalizer WDH a year ago and so far everything has worked out great! I wanted to have a backup in case these parts were lost or became unusable and we were out on the road broken down without any backup. etrailer has been great and remedied the shipping issue within days. We have been using them for all of our trailer and travel trailer needs for many years.
