Perfect match that I bought as a replacement plus an extra. Pricey, but happy I got them for peace of mind.
I ordered a bunch of replacement parts for my Equalizer WDH through etrailer. They shipped it out in a paper envelope and one out of 8 items didn't make it. It must have been punctured the paper and fell out. I notified them and they sent a new one out right away. Now my redundant or backup set is complete. Thanks again.
Needed some backup pins for my weight distribution hitch setup. etrailer had them in stock and I received them all in about 5 days.
I was six hours away from home when I needed to purchase a trailer.
They recommended the right trailer for the weight I would be carrying back home, without trying to over sale me. They even reached out to make sure I was satisfied after I got home!

etrailers original order was handled so badly by the carrier that all we got was an empty delivery envelope that was put into a clear plastic bag with sorry for the inconvenience printed on it. It was the holiday weekend when this happened but I sent the email to etrailer anyway and got a response the next day. I explained what happened and they sent out a new order that day. I can’t say enough great things about this company. I’ve used them before and everything I’ve ever gotten from them has worked great. Also, I really like these pins over my stock ones I received with the e2 hitch I bought a few years ago from my camper dealership. I like larger section for the L-pin to sit.
After being told by the manufacturer that it would be over 6 months and they weren't taking back orders etrailer took my order and stayed in good communication even though the ship date slipped. They still beat the manufacturer significantly and continue to provide the parts I need at very fair prices and great service.

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT Customer service! This is what Customer service is SUPPOSED to be like! Products ordered (sway bar pins and clips) are great, but I can't say enough about the communication regarding the order. You should be VERY proud of your Company and it's employee's commitment!
