Hello, friends and neighbors. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at these replacement brake shoes for a Dexter 12-inch Duo-Servo hydraulic trailer brakes. Now these shoes will work with the Dexter 12-inch Duo-Servo hydraulic trailer brakes. You do get one complete set with this part number. Now you're gonna get, again, this complete set works either your left or right-hand side of your trailer.
They are made in the USA. Again, they fit left or right-hand side, but as far as installing these, if you're not familiar, one of these pads is gonna be shorter. You can see that head space up here. The shorter pad is what's called your lead pad. That will go facing towards the front of the vehicle.
So if you we inchesre standing behind your trailer, looking up towards your tow vehicle, that shorter pad goes up towards the front, facing the front of the vehicle. And the longer pad is called the follow pad, and it goes on the back side, closer to the back of the trailer. So, again, you get the whole complete set of shoes here. That's gonna be a replacement for your Dexter 12-inch Duo-Servo hydraulic trailer brakes. I'm Steve with etrailer.com.
