Now this left hand thread trailer wheel lug nut is for your left hand side of the vehicle. This is an outer nut for the outer bud type stud piloted dual wheel. It is designed to be used with dual steel wheels.The outer diameter on this nut, edge to edge, is right at 1 1/2", the thread size is 1.125" by 16 threads per inch. It is a ball seat design.
