Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real brief look at this Bulldog Winch replacement remote plug. Now, this is going to replace the remote plug for your Bulldog Winch Standard Series recovery winch. And on your screen for your reference, I am including all the model numbers of those Standard Series recovery winches that this is going to fit. And as you no doubt know, this is going to let you connect your handheld remote to your winch's power unit, and this includes a female port, the wiring harness, and then the rubber sealed plug and mounting screws.
So this plug is exactly like the one that you're needing to replace. This is the direct replacement from Bulldog Winch. Replaces the remote plug on your Bulldog Winch Standard Series recovery winch.Perfect fit
I used this to replace the plug in my Smittybilt 9500 winch. Had to cut the wires and splice them together. Wire harness did not match. It is an exact match for the plug on the hand controller. It was a simple swap, took maybe 30 min total.

Part worked great. I used it as a replacement for Smittybuilt XRC remote plug (pins had rotted out). Part number on plug housing was the same. Just had to splice wires together.
Last year I purchased this product and installed it on my jeep winch. Today it’s still running perfectly and I’m very satisfied with it.
