Not the easiest to install. Difficult in actual usage. It's better to obtain one that attracts to camper that folds out of the way. On the other hand the steps are great

The stair railing is well made and uses thick aluminum. I was lucky to save a little money by ordering a "not new" one, but the savings were well worth the couple of small scratches it hear the bottom of the vertical piece.
There were two minor issues with the order, and I include them only to show how well eTrailer treats their customers. First, the shipping charges were double what they should have been. I didn't know about this until I got a notification from my credit card issuer that a refund had been made. I checked my statement and found that eTrailer had refunded the overcharge.
Second, the product arrived with a small part broken. I emailed eTrailer and they responded immediately advising me that a replacement part would be sent. It arrived today and all is well.
I have done business with eTrailer several times in the past and I've always been happy with their products and service.
I am a little disappointed with the Hand rail. It doesn't go up as high as I would prefer. On my camper it isn't high enough to be of any help on the last step into the camper. It is a bit awkward to install and align but it is better than no hand rail. I think design could be improved!!
this is just what i was looking for. it was easy to install and much lighter than any other option i was looking at, while still feeling sturdy.the entire process to remove and fold up the stairs take seconds when you are ready to leave or move.
very nice product, I adapted it's use for steps leading from my garage into the house.

excellent product
Love the rail! Easy to install, light weight and very sturdy.
The clip that holds the railing to the camper, the holes for that could be a little bigger. I had to drill it out to make the fit in hole. Other than that it is a great product.

Easy to install and very sturdy. We are in our 70s, so a little extra insurance against tripping or falling is welcome.
