This step makes my wife and I life so much better because we are both are disabled but refuse to give up on traveling. We can get in and out of our motor home so much easier. It is light enough to handle but sturdy.
Very sturdy, easy to assemble. I like it a lot. I use it to enter and leave my hot tub. After a knee replacement 6 months ago, it is wonderful. I would not be able to get in and out of the spa without it.
These stairs are perfect for people to safely get up to our raised platform.
Instructions and parts were for single rail, missing 2 bolts. Difficulty in lining up holes. Had to use rubber hammer. End result satisfactory.

I do know that the instructions for it covers both the single and double rail installation. I agree that it is confusing since it only talks about the single rail. It should not be missing hardware however. I know that it is installed however I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you.
This 3-stairs with railings product is excellent -- it is exactly as described, very sturdy and works perfectly. We needed a way to get into our utility room, inside our garage and these steps make it easy and safe. The order process was wonderful and very friendly. We received the stairs in 2 days -- outstanding -- so glad that we found you ------ thank you!
We used the steps for the first time this weekend. They made all the difference of getting in and out of the camper. Especially the landing. Thank you.

Fantastic! They actually make camping possible for us!
Purchase these rates for my Mother to be able to get into my truck.
Very strong and very stable steps. They don't work for what I intended them to do but even so, I kept them because of there durability.
I recommend them to anyone that needs stability getting into a vehicle or shelves in a garage or what have you.

Still perfect after a year. No visible corrosion, and I still havent seen a better product for a hot tub.
The product is exactly what I needed, but several bolts and nuts were missing. The bolts and nuts taped to the 2nd handrail, shipped separately, arrived intact. The bolts and nuts in the main package came out of the pouch and disappeared mostly. I found 5 of them. Fortunately I had a couple of bolts of the correct size in hand. The box was falling apart on arrival too. One part of the stair frame was bent slightly. Suggest nuts and bolts be more securely packaged.

Very Well!!!
Because of the door opening to the right I only used the left handrail and secure it to the hand hold on the side of the camper with a strap. This is by far the best thing I have ever purchased for the camper. I have a bad knee and coming down the camper steps was difficult but with these steps I feel much more secure and safe going in or out of the camper!

This has helped so my parents can use their trailer again! Having a rail to hold on to and a shorter rise that the original stairs has made all the difference! Sturdy enough to hold up. So glad I bought it.
Very little needs to be done to finish assembly. Seem to be strong and sturdy enough for us bigger people. This is going to make getting into and out of the Hot Tub a lot easier.
Everything was great but not all the screws and nuts came with the hand rails. And I had to wait over 2 weeks to get them. I had to go purchase some because we had a camping trip already set and needed it for our camper. But they are nice steps
Very sturdy, makes it so much easier to get in and out of our spa! It was also very easy to assemble..basically unfolding steps, putting in about 6 screws to secure braces, and attaching handrails! Also attractive appearance...looks great with our spa!
I was worried about assembling the stairs myself, but it was VERY easy! Just what i need for my tiny house, built well enough to last for years! Steps had non-skid tread...nice!

These steps were and are still the perfect solution to our needs. The only thing we have to do is bring it in our pick up which is a reasonable trade off. The strength and stability of these steps make our trips in and out of the RV a lot easier.

These steps renewed our enthusiasm for going on RV trips. They are not too heavy to bring along, actually, we bunny them onto our cargo hauler and set them in place wherever our RV is. We love them and they are as tough as advertised. If something ever happened to them, we would have another set on the way as soon as possible.
Great quality, very sturdy and fast shipping. I love the non slip steps with the yellow line for extra safety. It took less than 10 min to put together. The steps are plenty wide for my elderly Mom to use. Love it.

very well ! it is used for people to get up on a platform to sing from from on Sunday mornings. So the double hand rails help with unstable seniors.
