Bias ply tires are designed for off-road or agricultural applications. They are built with thick, durable nylon cords that are positioned at a 30- to 45-degree angle to the direction of travel. The layers alternate in a crisscross pattern, making the sidewalls stiffer so that the entire tire is able to flex easily. As a result, the tire provides a smooth ride and improved handling when trailering on uneven surfaces.

The tires were very good. I sold the trailer after a year so I can’t say much about longevity.
I ordered and paid for TWO TIRES. Receive one… check my order. I NEED THAT 2nd tire ASAP.

Ordered the spare tire rack and galvanized wheel and tire. Great price on everything, found the load range D 13” tires at reasonable price. The short tires help me get the boat in the water even when tide is out.
Shipped & received quickly. Only source I have been able to find for these tires, so appreciate having them in stock.
I’ve now had two sets of these on my boat trailer(they were replaced once on warranty) they chunked and came apart each time. Both tires have the same chunking. These are barely a year old off a small aluminum boat trailer. etrailer was awesome in all aspects, the tires are just junk from manufacturer.
Ordered 2 boat trailer tires, Loadstar ST175/80D13 bias 8 ply load range D, early CST on the morning of 4/09/14. I selected 5-7 day standard ground shipping at no charge. I was notified within an hour by email that the tires had shipped and that shipping was upgraded to 3-5 days at no charge to me. The tires shipped at 9:39 a.m. CST and arrived 2 days later on 4/11/14 at 11:04 a.m. CST. What more could a man ask for! I already have them mounted on my trailer and I am looking forward to seeing how they perform. I ordered the tires from e trailer because I could not find any 8 ply load range D tires locally in the size my trailer/boat called for. The price was very good also. Thank you e trailer for an excellent experience and great service. I will definitely remain a customer.

needed replacement tires for my Coleman/Fleetwood tent trailer. the old ones were 14 years old, and badly worn. local tire shops carry little, or nothing for replacements, and at a $100 each. got the exact OEM name brand replacement tires from this place for a little more than half that, with free shipping. local "discount tire" mounted and balanced them for $20. these tires were date coded from January of this year, and made in Taiwan. much preferred over Chinese stuff. these are bias ply, 6 ply (8 ply rated) nylon and polyester corded tires. they appear to be very well made. the side walls of bias ply tires are much sturdier than radials, and i believe they will be durable. they were shipped fast, in a large sturdy box. could not be happier.

Replacement tire works great.
Purchased these tires in Jan for my boat trailer. They appeared to be a little deformed which I thought would make them hard to mount. I did not plan to install them right away. After talking with tech support I was reassured they would be OK. Just got around to installing them myself and they worked out just great and they were exactly what I was looking for on my boat trailer.

After a year of running these tires I could not be happier. They have taken all of the abuse I could give them and no problems. Besides all of the short trips to the lake I have made a trip across the country to Arizona with all of the heat on the highway and still no problems.
The 13" 8-ply LRD Load Star trailer tires perform very well. I get about 10K miles on a set before I replace them and I am on my third set. No flat tires yet!

The tires are performing very well. Of course, my snowmobile trailer sat all summer with four machines inside and the tires did not require any air this winter. We have put nearly 3000 miles on the tires and they show no wear so far. I find it remarkable that they have not lost any air at all. I am very pleased.

These tires have performed flawlessly!Am glad I got bias plys as I do a lot of rough travel to rivers and lakes,etc These are Very Stable and yet Very streetable re:Hwy travel.Top notch!Minimal tread wear!
I purchased these tires for a home-made trailer that I wasn't sure about. The tires shipped very quickly and the price was great. I just drove over 400 miles with my news tires, and the tines are still on the tires. So far, these tires are fantastic and look like they will last a long time!

The tires are as good as advertised. Ive been from Atlanta to Orlando and back with these tires trailering my boat. Trailer handled beautifully.
Had to return one tire for being the wrong one. Right label on the wrong tire. Customer service was excellent. They righted the wrong and had me a new tire the next day. Thank you.
These tires look good and have a high load rating-they are rated for a much higher weight than many tires on the market (all of the tires locally available were 4ply with a wimpy C load range) in this size TR175-80/13. They are mounted on a model 1285 Coachman Pop-up camper & I have had poor luck with the radial tires in this size-lots of cord separations & blowout failures. I am going to try out these Bias-Ply 8 ply tires. I just made my first short trip on them (approx. 200 miles in 98 degree weather) and they pulled smooth and straight. I like how they sit up with stiffer sidewalls than the radials they replaced. Be sure to have them mounted with brass shaft high pressure valve stems as the standard all rubber stems are not rated for the 65 psi pressure these tires need for maximum load rating-and it is always a good idea to have trailer tires balanced. It remains to be seen how they hold up over time on longer trips, thus the 4 star rating.
Glad I found these at e-trailer. Local tire shop didn't have any Load Range" D", and wanted half again as much for their "C" tires, but they had no problem mounting these for me and installing them on my pop-up camper.
We've dragged that trailer all over the state - 4 weekends an a week long trip last year, and we're doing 5 weekends and two trips a week long this year. The tire still look new.
The tires look decent, but I’ve never seen tires this distorted before. The tire looks like a bowl, with the inside bead surface pushed out past where the outer bead surface would normally be. I tried throwing a 45lb plate on top of the bulging sidewall, then stood on top of it, but it will not pop back to normal. We’ll see what happens when I mount them, just think it’s gonna be tough seating the bead.

When the tires are shipped to us, theyre palletized which can compress them. Once theyre mounted on a rim, theyll pop back into place and work perfectly for you.
I replaced the tires on my boat trailer with load star tires. Have went on 8 trips. 150 miles to 400 miles round trip. I tent camp so I load my boat down. Not one issue. Have great tread for next year. Great product. st175/80d13 bias trailer tire. My factory tires didn't even last for a year.
Great products and great service. I bought a pair of the Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire - Load Range D - AM1ST77 and couldn't be happier with them and the service from Etrailer.com. I also bought a bike carrier from Etrailer and am just as pleased with that.

Great 13” 8 ply trailer tires. Peace of mind towing my UTV from Missouri to Wyoming and back knowing the tires could handle the weight and road heat at 75 mph. Also was able to load up 2 Harleys and did a similar trip to Sturgis as well. Great tires and the price was right.
I haven't used these yet. They are in the shop for mounting and balancing. The price is good, and the shipping was quick, and free. I'm sure these tires will work out great.

The tires are perfect sfter a year. I recomend these tires.
Haven't put a lot of miles on these yet but the definetly a smoother ride than what the Pop-Up camper I bought came with. I bought new wheels at the same time as I like to know everything is straight. I noticed they didn't lose any pressure after six months in storage which is awesome. I only wish I had bought the wider tire.
Sweet tire! Purchased for my Coleman Cheyenne pop-up camper.
Needed an 8 ply tire and the staff nailed it with these skins.
They have a very smooth, quite ride and look great.
I highly recommend this tire.

Great, on a trip now and the tires are perfect. Camper was on jacks all winter, lowered the campers, checked pressure and off we went

I have had these tires on my trailer for over a year. They have performed very well. Balance and treadwear have been excellent. I would buy them again.
