On any trailer tire such as the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWTRTM2057515C you always want to inflate the tire to the maximum cold psi, which on this tire is 50. Doing this will give you the best performance, allowing the tire to wear more slowly and give you optimum gas mileage. You will be able to find out what your tire's psi should be by looking at its sidewall.
I have added a help article on trailer tires for you to check out as well which may be useful.
