Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.

I would not recommend these tires to anybody! I bought four of them for my boat trailer, mounted on galvanized spoke rims, and in less than 5000 miles of use, two of the four failed. They were balanced, maintained at 65# pressure, never driven over 63 MPH, and considerably oversized for the load being carried. Both tires suffered internal cord separation and went out of round, with "wiggley" tread. Fortunately I discovered both problems before blowouts. The one tire ordered here was a replacement for the first failure, and before I figured out the tire design is faulty. No longer trusting these tires, I got rid of all of them after 5K miles, and replaced them with Goodyear Endurance trailer tires, made in the USA! So far, under same use, no problems at all.

This is the second set of this brand tire I have purchased for our enclosed trailer, The original set was great and never had the first problem out of them, Only replaced them as they were 10 years old and feel better with a new set as we travel long distances pulling classic cars. E Trailer had them in stock and Jessica was very knowledgeable and the order arrived in a few days.

Great price for a great tire. I bought these to put on my equipment trailer that was in need of some new tires. These were the wright choice in tires for me. They have held up very well without any issues. Would highly recommend these tires if you need a great heavy duty tire.

They are still doing great. Use the trailer there on quite often to haul lumber, tractor and vehicles on it. Do love them and they are holding up well.

Shipping was very good with each tire in separate box. I have not installed these yet. The tires look to be very high quality as I have used this brand and size on two trailers. over the past 10 years, a six wheel Avion Travel Trailer and a four wheel Featherlite 25 ft enclosed car hauler.
On my last order about a year ago, I ordered four with the white spoke wheel. Two balanced OK but two different shops could only balance with an excess number of weights. I have the original Featherlite wheels in storage. I am going to install these tires on the original wheels to see if the problem is in the wheels or tires. These tires look very rugged and high quality, so I suspect the problem was the center hole in the wheels causing imbalance from the balance machine.
The four tires and white spoke wheels I bought in 2012 balanced excellently with very small weights. Those 2012 tires will go on the Avion travel trailer set up permanently at a campground. They still look very good with no weather checking, and will replace really old tires that are on the Avion.
I am installing the new tires on the Featherlite enclosed 25 ft for highway safety, but I want them to balance well. I plan to carry a lot of sensitive electronics and tools and I want the trailer to ride smoothly.
I have always been impressed with e-trailer.com so I am still rating this company and these Kenda tires 5 stars.
After installing our new Kenda Karrier Radial Tires we have traveled 7500 miles and they are doing great. The wear is very even across all four tires.
I would purchase them again.
I ordered this product and then was notified it was late coming in and could be a week late. Etrailer sent me a email telling me the tire was going to be late. I was really worried, because I was needing the tire ASAP for my trip.
Within two days after I saw the tire was shipped, it was at my front door.
I have order products from Etrailer before and have always had a good experience. This was terrific, because it got her in time for me to get it placed on my rim and ready for my trip.

Customer service was excellent. Tires arrived boxed separately and on time.
Tires were mounted in preparation for a trip. Too soon to evaluate tires.
I just received and installed these tires on 2 different trailers, so haven't used them enough to warrant a review. They arrived in great shape, and I will write a review later in the year after i've used them a while.
