  I do have a potential solution for you. While we do not have an equalizer that matches those measurements exactly, we do have the Curved Equalizer for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs # TREQ104.   Tot get your equalizer to sit level you basically just need to go with a slightly shorter one (measured from left to right). So what I would recommend is measure the length of what you have and then go with one shorter.
