The hitches you listed, part # 9883544, and part # 13432, are both manufactured by Curt and are Class lll hitches with 2 inch receiver openings. There is no difference in the performance or capacities for these hitches. We received special pricing for the # 9883544, and that is why it was listed as a separate item. Now that we are out of them, we are only listing the # 13432 hitch.
My son-in-law recently purchased the # 13432 for his Jeep Wrangler and is very pleased with its performance.
If you plan on using the hitch for towing I recommend a ball mount like part # D-4. This ball mount has a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop. You will also need the Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3. If you have a large spare mounted on the back of your 2015 Wrangler I recommend a longer ball mount like part # BH20. This ball mount also has a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and measures 13-1/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole.
If you need a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball I recommend part # 19260, and for a 2 inch ball I recommend part # 63845.
If trailer wiring is needed for your Wrangler I recommend the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # 118416.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
if you plan on using your hitch for something like a bike rack or cargo carrier, let me know and I will be happy to make some recommendations that will work for you.
