Question:
Is there a true 7-way hitch adapter, lights, backup lights, and brakes, for 2011 Subaru Outback?

I have a way to install a fully functional 7-way at the rear of your 2011 Subaru Outback wagon, but no there wasn't a factory option or a simple plug-in option that would work.
First you would need to start with a 4-way if you do not have one already. For that you would want the Curt wiring harness part # C56040. I attached an install video for this harness for you to check out.
Next you will need the part # ETBC7. This comes with everything needed to install a fully functional 7-way at the rear of your 2011 Subaru Outback. I attached an install video to the right that shows this kit being installed on a 2011 Outback just like yours.
To control the trailer brakes you will need a brake controller. For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
