My tail lights and license plate light arent turning on

Trailer wiring harness # 118263 is designed to fit as a replace if your 2006 Nissan Frontier came with a factory 4-Way. If you added it without the factory tow package then it would not be functional or fully functional. You would instead need # C56225.
If your Frontier does have the factory tow package then it could just be a blown fuse or relay. The easiest thing to check would be for a blown fuse. Use the truck owners manual to find all of the fuse/relay locations related to the tow package wiring. The relays are likely behind the passenger's side kick panel.
If it is not a fuse then it is likely a relay. We do have the relays, # C57000.
