My original Wesbar markers were destroyed on my EZ Loader trailer plastic fender. Does this light come with the rubber mount which surrounds the light?

The grommet for trailer marker light # 47-203668 is sold separately. It is # 221588. The same grommet also fits amber light # 47-203667.
