In my research of your 2011 Acura TXS Sport Wagon, I found the towing weight capacity of your vehicle is 1,000 lbs. Tongue weight is about 10 percent of the towing weight capacity so that would explain why your vehicle has a hitch available with a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening.
The hitch we offer for your TSX is the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C11085. It does have a receiver opening of 1-1/4 inches. All non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth - should be supported with stabilizing straps like part # 18050. Failure to properly support these loads will void your hitch warranty from Curt.
We do offer several products that will work for this hitch. If you want to let me know what you want to use the hitch for I can make some recommendations that might work well for you.
If a bike rack is what you are looking for I recommend a rack like the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting Item # S63400. This rack weighs about 30 lbs and will hold 2 bikes.
If you are planning on carrying bikes with alternative frames like kids bikes or women's bikes I recommend an adapter bar like part # HRBA-PRO. This attaches between the handlebar stem and the seat post and allows the bikes to be carried more even in the rack while providing more ground clearance.
