Hitch Availability for 2012 Honda Odyssey to Allow Use of Thule Hitch-Mount Bike Rack TH934XTR
Question:
Do you sell a tow bar assemble that can be installed on my 2012 Honda Odessey that would accomodate my THULE 2 Bike rack TH934XTR?

If by tow bar you mean a rear-mounted trailer hitch receiver that can hold a hitch-mount bike rack like the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR, then yes, we can absolutely help you. (Please note that the term tow bar, strictly speaking, refers to a device that attaches to the front of a car to allow it to be towed by a motor home).
The 2012 Honda Odyssey can be fitted with two sizes/classes of hitch. For use with a 4-bike carrier I suggest a heavier-duty 2-inch Class III hitch such as the Draw-Tite # 75270, which is the most popular hitch for your vehicle. I have linked the written installation instructions as well as a video showing this hitch being installed on your exact vehicle.
If you will be transporting bikes that do not have a main horizontal top frame tube (as we usually see on a typical man's bike) then you'll benefit from using an adapter bar on such bikes to keep them level on the carrier. Thule offers their Bike Adapter Bar # TH982XT that makes loading some women's and kid's bikes easier. The adapter bar will keep the bikes level on the carrier to maintain safe ground clearance at the wheels.
