I am looking at a trailer brake controller for an RV. I have a 2022 Ford f53 Chassis. Is there some sort of adapter so it can plug into my factory harness?

There are no custom wiring harnesses for installation of a brake controller on your F-53 RV. Installation of the Tekonsha Primus # TK90160 or any other brake controller will require splicing for installation.
