Which Way Should Roadamster Steering Stabilizer Point on Ford E-450 Chassis on Forest River

Question:

I just installed exact center steering arm Rm47mr on my 2017 forst river e450 chassis. The introduction’s do not address that the steering arm you are mounting the u bolt bracket to pivots up or down, I assume that you mount the bracket with the steering arm pivot down. Also the clearance between the u bolt bracket and steering stabilizer is close, I put 2 washers between bracket and arm to give more clearance. I looked for a video for my application but couldn’t find one.

In regards to the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer part # RM47MR, the stabilizer installs on the front of the steering arm pointed down. I have attached a photo of this below. If this wasn't what you were looking for, please just let me know and I would be glad to clarify but I ran this by Roadmaster as well and this is both what we concluded that you were referring to but if not, again, just let us know.
