Hi Stuart; thanks for the question and the CIPA custom towing mirrors that fit your 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 are the following:

- CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CIP38MR

The only thing to keep in mind is that these mirrors won't fit if you have the Perimeter Lighting System. This is an optional system that would have lights on the back of the mirrors; if you have that you need the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors # LO54FR.
