For air springs there isn't a differentiation between Denali and and standard models on the 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. These kits do have fitment requirements based on whether or not you have 2WD or 4WD, an in-bed hitch, AT4 trim package, and adaptive ride control.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57388 you were looking at is confirmed to work with 4WD models, AT4 Models, is in-bed hitch compatible but will require drilling into the frame if you have fifth wheel hitch mounting brackets.

What about the adaptive ride control issue?

@Ken According to GM the adaptive ride control feature will be disabled when put into tow/haul mode in the settings, preventing automatic shifts to different heights. I would manually set your height in the system after hooking up to the trailer and then use the aftermarket springs to lift the rear back up until you're level.
