Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.

It features the hook and loop strap wrapper, which keeps your excess strap in place. So any excess strap that you have you can roll it up, you can place it in here and then you can bring this around it and it secures together. That's gonna help prevent your unused strap from tangling or flapping in the wind as you head down the road. It's also great for storing the whole strap when it's not in use.Now the camlock buckle is designed to hold the strap tight over or around your gear.
The plain end feeds through the buckle that way you can cinch it over or around your cargo. So once you have it through the buckle all you've got to do is pull on that and that's going to tighten or take out the slack in the strap. Now the neat thing about the buckle is it has these little teeth in it which grab or grip the strap without damaging it and it prevents it from being able to back feed. So when you're ready to release or loosen the strap, all you have to do is press the release lever and then you can bring the strap out of the buckle.This is a durable steel buckle with a powder coat finish to resist rust and corrosion.
