Hi Zachary,

Most 5th wheel trailer hitches all follow an industry standard spacing of 22" from center to center of the rails. If you measure your current rails from center to center then and get 22" then we know you have industry standard spacing (ISR). From there you just need to check the hitch's spacing as there are a few hitches on the market that have some oddball spacings and require specific rails. Let me know what measurement you have on the base rails and the model of the hitch and I'd be happy to confirm fitment.

I also recommend picking up the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector with 7-Pole # PK11893-11932 if you don't already have a 7-way connection in the bed of your F-350. This will allow you to easily connect the wiring from your trailer.
