Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for 1999 Ford F350 DRW
Question:
If I own a REESE 15K fifth wheel hitch and only need rails and under bed brackets to make it work, and then I obtain a BandW Patriot fifth wheel hitch do I also have to change the rails? Or will the BandW mount on the rails already installed?

We have what you need and it will work with both hitches. You will not need to change the above bed rails for your 1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty if you install ISR (Industry Standard Rails) which pretty much the only currently available option. Any hitch made in recent years by a major brand will be ISR except for those made specifically for the respective OEM puck systems. ISR is named so because they are the most popular pattern so are now referred to as the "industry standard." Industry standard rails are slotted on the top of the rail to accommodate tabbed, or spade feet of a hitch base. Each manufacturer will build their rails but if they are ISR it means the slot pattern is universally the same.
We have the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford F350, # C16443-204 that will fit your DRW 1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty. This is a custom bracket kit so it requires less drilling than universal kits and has everything you need for installation. The installation time is cut in half, compared with universal bracket systems.
Please note the attached image and compare to the mounting points of the Reese hitch you have. I am certain it will match but let me know if it does not.
